The basic version of RETTERAlarm is free of charge for all rescue workers! The only chargeable features are additional premium functions, which can be upgraded at any time, even retrospectively, without having to recreate all existing data.
An alarm is triggered by:
- Automatic e-mail import from the control center
- Radio evaluation 4m / digital alarms (interface)
- REST or XML API
- Manual: web interface
- Manually: via app
RETTERAlarm evaluates the imported data and alerts only the required emergency services.
The system automatically calculates which loops and vehicles are required and alerts the assigned emergency services according to availability.
After processing, the alerted persons receive an alarm via:
