Six days packed with innovations, in-depth technical discussions and international encounters: INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hanover has once again demonstrated its importance as the world’s leading trade fair for the fire service, emergency medical services and civil protection. For WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS, the fair was an excellent opportunity to present forward-looking solutions for technical rescue to an international audience of industry professionals.
At our two exhibition stands, we were delighted to welcome numerous visitors from fire services, emergency medical services and aid organisations. The face-to-face exchanges with customers, partners and emergency personnel provided valuable insights and confirmed the high level of interest in innovative solutions for day-to-day operations.

A highlight of our trade fair presentation was SMART-FORCE OS – the world’s first digital operating system for hydraulic rescue equipment. It integrates rescue equipment, an app, location services and equipment management into a single intelligent system, linking operations, servicing and training.
Real-time monitoring, intelligent anti-theft protection, automated maintenance processes and digital training documentation ensure greater transparency, enhanced safety and more efficient operations across the entire fleet of equipment.

The new RZ ALU and RZT ALU were also unveiled. Thanks to their lightweight aluminium construction, compact design and innovative spike technology, they enable safe, precise and powerful rescue operations – even in confined spaces.
Up to 15% lighter, with performance data available directly on the unit and optimised for use with hydraulic spreaders, this new generation of rescue cylinders is a powerful ally in the field.

Our digital exhibition stand also attracted a great deal of interest. Visitors were able to experience our digital solutions first-hand and use RETTER VR to practise realistic operational scenarios in virtual reality.
With RETTERAlarm ZEUS, RETTERAlarm NAVIS and RETTER VR, we showcased digital solutions that provide intelligent support to emergency services in navigation, incident command and training, and make rescue operations more efficient.
The wealth of positive feedback, the keen interest in our innovations and the numerous discussions with customers, partners and emergency services made INTERSCHUTZ 2026 a resounding success for WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all visitors for their interest and are already looking forward to INTERSCHUTZ 2030 in Hanover.
